Maddie Wine

Maddie Wine was born and raised in Southern California and is a dedicated entrepreneur, business mentor, and single mom to two boys, ages 10 and 8. When she’s not running multiple businesses, she enjoys spending time with loved ones and is also a competitive powerlifter.

Her entrepreneurial journey began early—whether playing the violin for tips, selling paintings at farmers’ markets, or exploring small business ventures, she always had a passion for creating opportunities. In 2020, she launched MadGlow Beauty as a side business while working in hospitality. Just two months later, she took a leap of faith, leaving her job to pursue it full-time. Since then, she has built a thriving brand that not only helps clients feel confident but also trains and mentors new entrepreneurs in the beauty and wellness industry.

Maddie’s passion is rooted in helping women create lives they love by providing the education and support needed to build successful businesses. In 2024, she expanded her mission with Lustre Branding Co., a marketing and branding agency that helps small business owners streamline their strategy, branding, and content so they can focus on growth.

That same year, she joined the Multicultural Business Alliance (MBA), excited to support business owners from diverse backgrounds. She values MBA’s commitment to uniting people through entrepreneurship and helping them build sustainable businesses.

Maddie’s journey is one of resilience, ambition, and purpose. Whether through hands-on training, branding strategy, or mentorship, she is committed to empowering others to build businesses they’re proud of and create lives on their own terms.
